Helene Mitjavile

Hélène Mitjavile is the co-founder of Melocoton Films, a boutique production company focusing on arthouse international coproductions as well as Tv and new media content.
After studying theatre at Cours Florent, cultural management at HEC Paris and film production at La Femis, she first gained experience at Metronomic (animation studio) and at natixis Coficiné (investment bank for cinema).
She then worked for the established sales company The Coproduction Office (Cannes Palme d’Or 2017 for THE SQUARE, by Ruben Östlund).
In 2011, she founded Melocoton Films with Tv producer Théo Laboulandine. Melocoton has eight short fictions in its catalogue. The films have screened at festivals such as Toronto, Palm springs, Clermont-Ferrand, Angers, Zagreb… Hélène is now developing shorts
and features of all genres: fiction, documentary and animation.
