I have a Master of Arts in film & tv direction. I’m also an associate professor in film studies and I worked for more than 17 years at Westerdals/Kristiania College, one of the leading film schools in Scandinavia. Currently I’m a film commissioner at The Norwegian Film Institute where I work with short film and NEO, our new feature film scheme for debutants.
During the years I have also worked as a freelancer with broad experience as director (commercials and short film), film editor, and story-consultant. As an academic, my focus has been in talent development, teaching and academic program-development.
