The journalist Yasya has been writing about the development of civil society in Ukraine for many years. Despite the obvious burnout, which has long been obvious to her and her environment, she continues to make new articles, each of which exhausts her even more. Another material, which should have been a simple coverage of the rehabilitation process of veterans, ended with the suicide of one of the veterans, and Yasya herself ends up on the verge of a nervous breakdown. All this is accompanied by the daily news about russia’s alleged invasion of Ukraine. Yasya’s boyfriend is tired of saving her – he is preparing to defend the country from invaders. Yasya dares to start her own rehabilitation process. She goes to a rehabilitation center, but the next day, russia launches a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
