Małgorzata Małysa is a Polish film producer and co-founder of Furia Film. She has extensive experience in both fiction and documentary production, collaborating with acclaimed international filmmakers. She recently co-produced “Three Weeks Under the Sea” (2026), a Czech-Slovak-Polish-Lithuanian feature film by Martin Kuba, and served as line producer on “Sanatorium under the sign of the hourglass”, an animated adaptation directed by the Quay Brothers that premiered in Venice 2024. Her credits include family road movie “Grandpa, let’s Go!” (2025, dir. Olga Chajdas), documentary biopic “Tony Halik” (2020, dir. Marcin Borchardt), and short documentary “Miss Holocaust” (2016, Berlinale premiere).

A graduate of the Wajda School’s Creative Producers Course, she also completed ACE Training Days, Sustainable Leadership workhop run by Screen Institute, Polish Producers Alliance Green Production Lab, and international programs by MEDIA Desk and CICAE at La Biennale di Venezia. Her work reflects a strong focus on important and current topics, auteur cinema and European co-productions.
