Seda Turan is a film producer based in Istanbul, Turkey. She started her career as an executive producer at FNR Film, where she produced Fikret Reyhan’s feature films Fractured (Çatlak) and Glass Curtain (Cam Perde). In 2023, she founded her own company, Sis Films, which focuses on telling stories of women, children, and marginalized communities. She has produced/ co-produced two short films, including Bye Bye Turtle, directed by Selin Öksüzoğlu, which premiered at Berlinale Shorts 2024 as part of the company. She is currently working on new feature film projects and is also a member of the European Film Academy.
