Ana Maria Pirvan

Ana Maria is a Romanian film producer based in Bucharest. Her portofolio includes working with well known directors and also with new talents. With a special focus on debut, Ana Maria is currenty developing a feature fim (r: Dan Radu Mihai), a documentary supported by HBO Europe (r: Laurentiu Garofeanu), and a VR project (r: Ioana Mischie).
Having done a course in Philosophy at Bucharest University, Ana Maria completed her studies with different film programs and workshops around Europe. In 2016 Ana Maria created Anchor Films with an office in Bucharest and another in Beirut.
Anchor is also working in partnership with new creative production companies such as storyscapes and Tangaj Production.
