Cora Frischling

Cora Frischling studied psychology in Berlin and Barcelona and worked in the field of HR and organizational development while also gathering experience as a volunteer, coordinator and screener at various film festivals. From 2016 to 2019 she worked at the Berlinale’s press department for the Competition section and as assistant to the Head of Press. In 2018, she became a reader for the Berlinale World Cinema Fund’s project submissions.
In 2019, Cora Frischling joined German independent production company Komplizen Film as a production assistant. In 2020, she also took over the tasks of development and communication. Since 2022, Cora serves as Head of Development of the company, overseeing scouting, project selection and script development of film and series projects, working with filmmakers like Pablo Larraín, Valeska Grisebach, Caroline Link and Sonja Heiss.
