Lara González Lobo is a producer and cultural manager specialized in the film industry. She graduated in Art History and Audiovisual Heritage. Over the course of her career, she has worked as an independent consultant and coordinator for festivals and markets such as the Venice Production Bridge, the EFM, and the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR), where she coordinates the CineMart co-production market since 2022.
A member of the selection committee for the Gijón International Film Festival since 2020, she has also contributed as a reader to projects for DOK Leipzig, The Short Film Lab, and FICXPro. She is a graduate of EAVE Puentes.
As a producer, she collaborates with emerging filmmakers in the development of stories that tackle political issues and the complexities of the human experience from a distinctive auteur perspective.
