A graduate of the Humanities Department at the University of Warsaw. In 2009, he co-founded a production house called Unlimited Film Operations. For 10 years, he collaborated with the TVP Kultura channel. In 2013, he got a Polish Film Institute Prize for the TV programme “One Scene” – interviews with acclaimed polish filmmakers. He also got a grant from the Ministry of Culture for working on the novel “The War that had not Place”.
His film debut, documentary “Mundial. The Highest Stakes” was released in cinemas in 2014. In 2014, he directed documentary about the Polish volleyball team “The Team” (cinematically released in 2014) and “1989” about the end of communism in Poland. He directed “Fans”, a doc series for Canal+ Discovery. In 2019, he finished a documentary project for HBO Europe “The Wind. A documentary Thriller.

Not much happens in a provincial, smoggy town. The silence at night is sometimes shattered by the bang of crashed vehicles and the police sirens. Tomek lives in the moment. He likes fast cars and a heavy workout at the gym. He scrapes a living from traffic crashes and car insurance frauds. He lives with his parents on the first floor of their house. Tomek can’t handle his relationships. Though divorced, he still sleeps with his ex-wife. He says his teenage daughter is the best thing that ever happened to him, but they have nothing to talk about. To make some quick cash, Tomek crashes into someone he’d better stay away from. « Accidents » is a project of psychological road movie. It tells the story of a man who rushes through his life until he suddenly has to do everything to stop.
