Nina M. Barbosa Blad is film commissioner for the short film and the talent scheme Neo for debutants in longer formats at the Norwegian Film Institute (NFI).

Barbosa started the production company Barbosa Film in 2014, where she produced 14 short films and the drama series “Nudes” (2019). She has a BA as a producer from the Norwegian Film School (2014), and film education from CEV in Madrid. Barbosa has won four national film and TV prizes for her projects. Her shorts have been shown at prestigious film festivals around the world, like the Critics’ Week in Cannes where her film “The Manila Lover” had its world premiere.
